7/12 - Just returned from a fabulous trip to the San Juan Islands in WA (USA). Unbelievable crabbing and boating. 5/31 - The sun is out and I've been commuting to work by boat. What fun! 4/22 - Just hung 15 Soppresatta salami for dry curing - ready in 10 weeks. 4/13 - Off to Whiskies of the World Expo in SF - big fun! 4/1- Just returned from a fabulous family vacation in Mexico with my family where we roamed the South Cape of the Baja. 3/15 - Still no luck catching Salmon this year. 2/21- My daughter asked to make something together, so we have 6 duck breasts hanging making Proscuitto (how perfect is that?) 2/17 - Whaler is going back in the water. Salmon are pushing there way up the river. 1/6 just finished a drying room for cured meats...what fun. Read more...
